A Planning Commission is hereby created for the Borough of Stockertown.
The Borough of Stockertown Planning Commission shall consist
of five members.
The powers and duties of the Borough of Stockertown Planning
Commission shall be as those set forth in the Pennsylvania Municipalities
Planning Code, 53 P.S. § 10209.1, as same shall be time
to time amended, and such other duties and responsibilities as shall
be authorized by Borough Council.
Appointment, term and vacancy, membership, removal, and conduct
of business shall be as set forth in the Pennsylvania Municipalities
Code, as it shall from time to time be amended, 53 P.S. § 10201
et seq.
