of Stockertown sets population at less than 5,000 persons.
Pursuant to the authority granted by the Borough Code, Councilpersons
for the Borough of Stockertown shall be paid a salary in an amount
not to exceed the sum of $1,875 per annum.
Pursuant to the authority granted by the Borough Code, Mayor
for the Borough of Stockertown shall be paid a salary in an amount
not to exceed the sum of $2,500 per annum.
