Chapter 154: NUMBERING OF BUILDINGS AND STREET NAMING

§ 154-1 Street names and building numbers established.

Street names and building designation numbers as set forth on the attached map, marked Exhibit "A," are hereby established by the Borough of Stockertown effective immediately.

§ 154-2 Posting of numbers.

Property owners shall post upon their property the numerical designation of said property, a minimum of four inches in height, with a stroke width of 1/2 inch, visible from an adjacent roadway.

§ 154-3 Violations and penalties.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this chapter shall, in a summary proceeding before a Magisterial District Judge and upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600, plus costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
