The Planning Commission looks at local development plans, zoning issues, and land‑use proposals. The group offers guidance to Borough Council to help ensure growth in town is thoughtful, practical, and in the community’s best interest.

Notice on Meeting Cancellations
Please be advised that Borough meetings can be cancelled on short notice and may not afford the time to update the Borough website. In the event of a meeting cancellation, notice will be posted on the variable message sign in front of the Borough Municipal Building at 209 Main Street in Stockertown.

There are vacancies on the Planning Commision. Please inquire at the Borough Office.
